ITU Translation Services (International Translations USA) provides certified document translation, interpretation and language services. Our headquarters is at 12485 SW 137th Ave Ste 212, Miami, FL 33186. 2. Information We Collect

We collect only what we need to quote and deliver your project:

• Quote requests. When you use our quote form, we receive your name, email address, phone number (optional), language pair, the service and turnaround you select, any notes you add, and the documents you upload.
• Communications. If you email, call or text us, we keep the correspondence needed to manage your project.
• Payments. Payments are processed by Square. We never see or store your full card details — Square's own privacy policy governs the information you provide at checkout.
• Technical data. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and performance. If analytics are enabled on this site, we collect aggregated usage statistics as described in Section 8.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To prepare your quote and deliver the services you request.
• To communicate about your project, including turnaround and delivery.
• To maintain business records, including certification records for completed translations.
• To meet legal, accounting and regulatory obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use the content of your documents for marketing or to train automated systems.

4. Your Documents & Confidentiality

The documents you send us often contain sensitive information — that's the nature of certified translation. Documents are used solely to quote and perform your translation, access is limited to the team members and linguists assigned to your project, medical material is handled under HIPAA-conscious procedures, and non-disclosure agreements are available on request. Files are transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS) connections when you use our website forms.

5. When We Share Information

• Service providers. We use trusted vendors for website hosting, email delivery and payment processing. They receive only what they need to perform their function.
• Trusted Partners. We refer clients to independent partners for services such as apostille, notary and credential evaluation only at your request — for example, when you ask us for a warm introduction.
• Legal requirements. We may disclose information when required by law, subpoena or court order.

6. How Long We Keep Information

We keep project files and correspondence for as long as needed to deliver your service, support re-issuance of certifications, and meet legal and accounting requirements. You may request earlier deletion as described below.

7. Your Rights & Choices

You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to records we're required to keep). To make a request, email Translations@ituservices.com — we'll respond promptly. We honor applicable rights under U.S. state privacy laws, including those of Florida and California residents.

8. Cookies & Analytics

This website does not require cookies to browse. We may use analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) to understand aggregate site usage — pages visited, approximate location and device type — which helps us improve the site. Analytics data is not used to identify you personally. You can limit analytics cookies through your browser settings.

9. Children's Privacy

Our website and services are directed to adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Documents concerning minors (such as birth certificates or school records) are submitted by parents or guardians as part of a translation request.

10. Third-Party Links

Our site links to independent third parties — including our Trusted Partners and Square for payments. Those sites have their own privacy practices, which we don't control and this policy doesn't cover.

11. Changes to This Policy

If we change this policy, we'll post the updated version here with a new "last updated" date. Material changes will be flagged prominently on this page.
