1. Agreement to These Terms

These terms govern the translation, interpretation and related language services provided by ITU Translation Services (International Translations USA, “ITU”, “we”). By requesting a quote, approving a project or using this website, you agree to them. If you're engaging us on behalf of a business or law firm, you confirm you're authorized to bind that organization.

2. Our Services

We provide certified and professional document translation, interpretation, voice over, dubbing and subtitling in more than 120 languages. The scope of each project — documents, language pair, service level and turnaround — is defined by the quote we issue and you approve.

3. Quotes, Turnaround & Payment

• Quotes are free and based on the documents and requirements you provide. If the source material differs materially from what was quoted (additional pages, poor legibility, changed scope), we'll flag it and re-quote before proceeding.
• Turnaround estimates (standard, rush, same-day) begin when we receive complete, legible source documents and your approval.
• Payment is due as stated on your quote or invoice. Online payments are processed by Square. Approved business and law-firm accounts may be offered consolidated invoicing terms.

4. Certified Translations & Acceptance

Certified translations include a signed Certificate of Translation Accuracy attesting that the translation is complete and accurate. We guarantee acceptance of our certified translations by USCIS. If a certified translation we produced is rejected by the receiving institution because of our certification or translation, we will correct and re-certify it at no charge. We cannot control decisions an institution makes for reasons unrelated to the translation itself.

5. Your Responsibilities

• Provide complete, legible source documents.
• Tell us the intended use and receiving institution (for example: USCIS, a court, a school) so we deliver the right certification format.
• Confirm the spelling of names and other identifying details where the source document is ambiguous.
• Review deliverables promptly and report any issue as described in Section 8.

6. Confidentiality

We treat all client documents as confidential. Access is limited to the staff and linguists assigned to your project, and non-disclosure agreements are available on request. See our Privacy Policy for details on how information is handled.

7. Ownership of Translations

Upon full payment, the completed translation belongs to you. We claim no rights in your source documents, which remain yours at all times. We may retain copies as needed for certification records and legal compliance.

8. Revisions & Corrections

If you find an error in a translation we delivered, contact us and we will correct it promptly at no charge. Preferential changes (requested wording that isn't a correction of accuracy) may be quoted as additional work. Concerns should be raised within 30 days of delivery.

9. Third-Party Referrals

Our Trusted Partners are independent companies. We share those referrals as a courtesy and do not provide, supervise or guarantee partner services. Your engagement with a partner is directly between you and them.

10. Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claim arising from a project is limited to the amount you paid for that project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
